Trying to figure out how to make the game work, please help.

I have an intel GMA 900 video card on my laptop, I've read that you can make this game work with it if you use 3DAnalyzer. Problem is that I purchased the game off of Steam, and then I try to apply the emulation it gives me an error. Is where any known way around this?

The game is patched, this is probably my video card, its an Intel GMA (someone should shoot the Intel CEO in the face for thinking that they can make videocards, and then again for half-assing it) on my laptop, so I doubt there is really a fix, the fact that it runs the game is already a miracle.

Thanks for the help everyone, things are advancing as they should be now that I am deeper into the game.

And yes, playing KOTOR games, as my love for KOTOR grew, my hate for Lucasarts grew equally. But I am sure there are plenty of threads on here about the plight of the KOTOR fans who have been ...

Why are droids and weapons transparent?

Not that its a big problem, but it does seem a little weird, all the weapons are transparent, some doors are transparent, a lot of the droids are transparent. Is this a glitch I have or is this as it should be?

This is what I am talking about:

Yes, I beat KOTOR I recently, and this is my second playthrough for KOTOR II, the last one was years ago though.

The biggest thing is in all of this, is what hologram will T3 play aka Bastila being evil or not evil. I set Revan to lightside in Atton convo (which is how I finished K1), so I expect ...

Question About Revan references in the sequel

I am a little puzzled. From what I understand you are supposed to determine what happened in KOTOR 1 during your first conversation with Atton. You determine Revan's gender and light side/dark side ending. I picked Revan to be male and a light side ending during that conversation. Later however ...

It sounds as though the soundfiles for that cutscene didn't install properly. You might try reinstalling the game.

I found a solution elsewhere, all I needed to do was disable EAX. It works now. What about all the dialogues with NPCs? They say the first line in the conversation and then its just ...

Any idea why I can't hear him talk and only see the subtitles? I've looked in the options, didn't find anything that disables/enables voicepacks. Imoen does talk right after he leaves and I can hear it.

Is Irenicus supposed to talk?

I haven't played BG2 in many, many years and just recently picked it up again. So I go through character creation and all that, then I get to the part with the PC in the cage and Irenicus doing his thing. However Irenicus doesn't talk, all I see is his subtitles. It might be something wrong with my ...
