Like, what's your class, level etc? As for thaco - depends what you're trying to hit, don't it...not every baddy's got an ac of 0 - the less regular they are, the lower it goes.

I know it's totally off-topic, and you're all gonna snigger and point, but how the $@#! do I get into the drom city from the Underdark. If it's though those doors in the Kukkie tunnels to the west of the village, how do I open them?

Jaheira's best spell, IMHO, is the 5th lvl Insect Plague. Great for mages (they can't cast 'cos they're too busy swatting mosquitoes), and it spreads across multiple enemies, whatever they are. Got a room full of spellcasters? Swarm 'em and watch 'em run round like headless chickens. Fun too.

Wow, thanks guys for all that response. I've just come home after a looong day (I hate Wednesdayz), and reading all this has got me itching to plunge back into the Underdark (just wish I didn't have to translate a text about false teeth tonite - maybe it can wait a couple of hours ...

Wow, thx Leonardo for that quick reply. Is it really the wrong tunnel? When I exit it, it reminds me that I need to kill the demogorgon before I use the scroll. It's the tunnel just to the SW of the little gnome village.
I'll have a wander around and try to find the other tunnel, but I can't ...

... and what's the score with those tadpole thingies? I dropped contaminated ones into the Kukkies water supply (after I'd killed 'em all, inc. the prince). Nothing happened, except that I tainted their water. Have I missed out on some XP or something equally cool here?
