Any of the realms recommended by blizzrd are fine. In fact if you are just starting in the game it might be a good diea to take one of the realms which were just released like Darkspear (Normal / PvE) or Darkmoon Faire (Role Playing).

delete the folder called WTF in the folder where you have installed WoW. This folder contains all client side settings and deleting it returns you to the default settings.

Many of my warrior friends go with a 31/5/15 build. Something like this might be what you are looking for. I haven't played warrior past level 20 so I'm by no means an expert but if I was to talent a warrior, that talent combination is what I would have used.
