Binary Domain was pretty fun and is a FPS/RPG hybrid.

I also am still having site problems. Over Christmas I was on vacation in the US and Game Banshee was working fine, but at home in Canada it doesn't work properly.

Wizardry 4 is the only RPG I am aware of where you play as the villain, summon monsters, and kill heroes (actual player characters from Wizardry 1 that were submitted to Sir-Tech). However, Wizardry 4 is from the mid 80's and is very old school and one of the hardest computer games ever made.

Thanks for the update. I feel out of the loop on RPG news since I havn't been able to use this website for the last couple of months.

I would highly recommend you check out other games by BioWare or Obsidian (the makers of KOTOR 1 & 2).

I would personally recommend Bioware's Dragon Age Origins and Mass Effect or Obsidian's Neverwinter Knights 2 as great games to check out first since they are similar in design to KOTOR.

I guess I am one of the few people who really enjoyed NWN2.

My list of worst RPG's:

-Al Quadim the Genie's Curse
-Lands of Lore 2 & 3
-Oblivion

I would recommend:

Mass Effect (you could probably run the first game)
Jade Empire
Fallout 1 & 2
Vampire Redemption/Bloodlines

Old School:
Wizardry 6-8 (7 was my favorite)
Might and Magic 4-8 (6 & 7 are my favorite)
