I don't know about the security doors, but when in Manaan you're in the Sith Base you should find a datapad, which contains the Sith's eeeviiiil plans for Manaan. When you interrupt your lawyer (or whatever he is) and give the datapad to the judge, you should get acquitted.

First of all, I have the infamous Radeon 9600XT which causes crashes on every blink of an eye with this game. I've been playing Jedi Knights and the Baldur's Gate -series and so on, and I've always been staring at these weird number without understanding a thing.

Argh, it didn't work! I tried it a couple of times, but the same dialogue popped up after I took Aerie back again. Anomen didn't pass his test (I'm romancing him, if that has anything to do with this), and soon after the test Aerie starts a dialogue with him "Anomen, I've been watching you since you failed your test" etc. Anomen gets angry and hits her.
