I'm running (currently) a 850 Mhz Athlon proc, 32 MB video card, with 512 MB of RAM.
With all that (I've run the game smooth on 550 Mhz 192MB RAM, 4 MB video card...), the game is slightly choppy and slows way down during just medium sized battles, even with the ...
