i fixed it but no I wasn't in Mournhold. It was the same error message though...
but to fix it i just went to mournhold, tried to levitate, couldn't (duh =P), then went back to vvardenfell and it worked again! yay!

yeah it all depends on what kind of character you have. armor is probably some form of enchanted glass/ebony/adamantium or daedric but weapons could really be anything.
