best weapons and armour

I know this must be on here somewhere but i can't find it. What is considered the best weapon or armour? I have won this game twice and now seem to be having brain problems.

There are many "best" items in game. Basicaly it depends on your character skills.

yeah it all depends on what kind of character you have. armor is probably some form of enchanted glass/ebony/adamantium or daedric but weapons could really be anything.
