should I install TOLM after i beat HOW? or does it even matter? ( I don't want things to get intertwined while I am doing the HOW)

If I beat Icewind Dale final boss, does that mean it will end the whole game including the expansion (HOW and TOLM)? (please do not mention name of the boss, or any significant event as I still haven't beat the game).

I also read somewhere that someone will ask us to depart to the Sea of moving ...

sounds great, but I haven't finished chapter 6 yet.
Question is if I start Trials of Luremaster or Heart of the winter, does characters start from level 1? or does it continue using previous characters from IWD without having to import them?

fyi: my characters are already above level 13+.

I am thinking about making new characters and almost finished with Ch 6 of Icewind Dale.
I really didn't pay attention to making most effective characters since there are always ways to adapt to the game with ineffective characters.

But little things started to bugging me, for example my half druid ...

hello guys, I was off for about a months due to busy schedule, I am back again and hope you enjoy if you watch it. Thank you. Also all the sound issue as well as others are all fixed.

click on the bottom right of that circle and further to the right and you will see your characters to move to the right in the dark shadow. I also think there is no door..

(Please make the game with good old 2D graphic and no thanks to 3D)

I wouldn't play BG3 if they have nothing to do with Baldur's Gate, with no environs related and completely with new characters.

I would rather see some trace of Baldur's Gate, as old remnants or places brings mysterious feeling ...

yes, like the person above said, it will start playing after reaching to the Kuldahar. There is no battle musics before that, I am 100% positive because I have original version of IWD and HOW cds with full installation, even installed the most recent patches.

It worked fine, thanks a lot.
But now I have another issue..
I am going to transfer saved file to other computer and play IWD from there, because my old comp has mic boost issue that is causing noises that makes whole game sound scratchy..
will this saved file work once it's transferred to other pc ...

I'm looking for special mod that will allow me to input the character voice from Baldur's Gate, or even the character itself..

I saw some interesting video from youtube that someone applied Sarevok and Sarevok's voice in Baldur's Gate2, he could actually choose the Sarevok's voice from character ...

will this somehow cause glitch with my current saved file?

I am currently at Ch1 and investigating inside Vale of Shadows..

I don't want to remove saved file to have 0 glitch after installing the IWD patch..

If patch won't cause any glitch, can I just install Heart of Winter and HOW patch on top ...

if I implement that pic to custom portrait, it will show the torso as exact copy of the pic.
