Here's a picture of the lever pushed down and nothing having happened

I have 100 strength base (and have for a good 5 levels or more) and 120 with items on, it's not an issue with that hence my question.

Little help?

I'm at the Dome of Udok.. I pull the lever on the side of the room and the FAQ says a bridge should appear but nothing changes. I stood there for about 5 minutes and there wasnothing different.. I backtracked to the room with the blade to see if there was some sort of a bridge that had appeared ...
