RPG.. FPS.. It's not that I'm getting tired of those abbreviations, they just don't say enough. RPG's can be bad. FPS's can be slightly RPGish. Or strategy. I want to play more GTIL's, but those are just the games that I like. In the end you just have to find something that suits you. That's life ...

I will try it...been waiting for path of exile but the
y have stayed in beta so long it is almost as if their "free to play" advertisement is false. It is either WAIT or pay.

I was never much into online FPS games either, except for the occasional Unreal Tourney back in the day. The social aspect wasn't really what pulled me in anyhow. You see, a year or two ago I started playing Fallout 3 Wanderers Edition . I never had more fun with a Bethsoft game. It made me realize ...

Looking for a new game to play.

I am looking for a new multiplayer RPG or ARPG to play online, preferably with medium to low system requirements simply because i like to multi-task ALOT.

Three things i am looking for:

1. A active to semi-active online community still.

2. The ability to put the game down whenever i want ...

Well, it is easier to pick up and play, and especially more appealing, to me, after a tiring day of work.

I used to like playing the f2p MMOs, but lost interest after playing a number of them and haven't even touched a single one in a few years.

Yeah F2P MMORPGs are all the same generic ...

I still view 'Achievements' as bragging rights as what the others had mentioned. Usually something I tend to ignore most of the time in games, similar to 'collectibles', unless said collectibles tend to boost a weapon's stats like extra damage and larger magazines as in the case of Max Payne 3 or ...

Money isn't the issue, I simply played the game and wasn't impressed. I haven't seen or heard anything about it since to make me believe otherwise. The game going F2P has no effect on me, I still want to spend my free time on better games.

Yeah it seems to me the game had so much more potential ...

The RPG market is dominated by Bioware/EA and Bethesda/Zenimax. Fact. The companies that are left seek to conform rather than to innovate, so even less original remains to truly enjoy. I really cannot pin my hopes on that, it's really not worth it. Relying on that. Community mods add only so much ...

After the Witcher 2, my interest have shifted away from RPGs to other games like Alan Wake and Max Payne 3. And if I'm too tired after work, then I can't be bothered to play any game at all. Just browse the web, watch some videos and that's pretty much it.
Yeah i have been playing single player ...

Yeah, I do that myself when I'm playing the game first time. I usually end up playing a bit so that I know what kind of options I have for my character, then usually restart the game and start from the beginning and play the character in the way I planned.

If I replay the game I go with two ...

It's a bit dramatic to say that things have been spiraling down. Admittedly, there have been lots of new changes and software updates as of late. Hard to keep track of it all. As for me personally, my interest have been veering away a bit from RPG games in general. I guess you could say I have ...

It does, I have never bothered with them. Though, the day the world will see the birth of a Wookiee mod that aside from my player character will also change *all* of my player lines to Common Wookiee, I will promptly convert.

Wookiee Revan is going to claw your face off! Some day.

KoToR 1 has ...

Getting into character?

I don't know about everyone else but before i start any single player RPG I have an idea of "who" i want my character to be and how i want my character to play. Most of the time i get in the zone and take on this personality while playing the game and "for me" it makes it alot more fun. Does anyone ...

So many story driven RPGs.....ALL of the Final Fantasy games are driven by the storyline and relationships. Even though Bethesda makes rich story based games so the elder scrolls games and fallout games tend to quench the thirst. Jade dynasty by Bioware was a good story.

If you are looking for ...
