I dont know if this is a spoiler but I wont take the chance. Where is the ring of elemental resistence found? or is it randomly placed and you hope you find it? for instance the dragon shield as well? thanks for any replys

What shield should a monk use? and where to find the best shield, I know different people will think different so throw out whatever and define why please. I have a level 12 monk with dc 25 in chapter 2
