I have my party in the Asylum dungeons and killed Dace whose hand I need, however, I don't have any stakes. Where can I get stakes?

Actually right now I am vainly trying to kill Kangaxx with a six person party but I have read up on the strategies and perhaps I can get him this time. I didn't know protection from undead would keep him from imprisoning me.

For some reason, Keldorn and the +5 sword won't damage him ...

I wanted to try a game with a four (or even three) person party and I figured I need a thief, a mage, a cleric and a fighter at the minimum so I thought

1. Jan because he gives me a good enough thief and a mage
2. Korgan because he is a tank
3. Viconia as the best cleric

and that would leave me ...

There is something in the walkthrough of the gov't section that has a diamond in the eye of a statue near Pimlico's house but I couldn't find which statue they meant.

I need a diamond to upgrade the silver horn and just can't find one to buy.

I also need a wand of frost to complete the quest I got from the limited wish spell.

I have done just about every quest except these two, the Harpers and Kangaxx and I am sure that I have had both these items at one time ...

Thanks! I have one game (Skald) where I am at spellhold and have to make the boat/underdark decision and in that game I couldn't get the Windspear Hills to light up so I started another game (monk) and had the same problem. I wasn't sure if it was becasue I had missed something in the tanner quest ...

early game questions

Couple of questions:

1). What is the trigger to make the Windspear Hills appear on my map? I want to get that quest done but it hasn't lit up yet.

2). For the tanner quest - after I do the bark/berry thing with Rose and go see the tanner, what is my next step. I appearently ...

Thanks. I tried that and even went and did other quests (all the ones in the Temple area) and went back periodically. Maybe it just choked on this game. I will try to find Lassal and/or spike that dang coffin again and if that doesn't work I guess I will try ShadowKeeper which I just downloaded.

I can go to the third coffin but it won't let me stake anything and I haven't actually fought Lassal yet. Since she disappeared I cannot find her. I have run around that spike room a dozen times and I don't find her.
