What affects your saving throws and how do you check to see if you have a high enough amount in it? I'd like to know if the +3 from the conditioning...

reflex
will
all work as different kinds of saves. So I guess conditioning would just give me a +1 in each of those per level.

It's just as well. Once you leave the Sith base, you can't go back in. As I'm sure you've found out if you've beaten that master and tried to leave.
