Whats the Alignment Modifier mean when buying spells like Summon and the like mean?

Is it true that if you stay inside during the day ro always wear dark clothes your skin will be get pale and if you are shirtless you will get darker...

Well...I did read that if you always walk around at night your skin will get pale. Don't know if the clothes have any effect on it. I never tried it...
