This is funny with Sarevok, his weapon is, for some reason, non-magic. This means that he can't hurt fiends like elementals etc.

It does NOT. A simple test: give a bow to a guy with ++ for 2H weapon. The personal screen should say that the guy has the Critical Hit +1 bonus...
