i found the best place to train your character is on the cliff top path between bargate prison and lychfield grave yard you will need allot of will potions(don't bother with health) highest level physical shield and a light sword that can 1 hit lowest level zombies(experience augments recommended) there are two zombies on the top part of the cliff that, when killed are instantly replaced by another. the zombies should jump your multiplier up by 1 for every one or two kills that you make. when i did this a had full physique and avo's tear. for those with patience you can get your multiplier very high (personal best 518) once you do that try using spells and your bow
