Visual, video question

Post by rcRaCer »

hey all

Sorry if this has been discussed in another thread...but have an annoying problem here. When I am traveling along normal everything is fine...when I am facing enemies they have this "purplish glare" around them. Have no clue what setting I have changed to cause this to happen. any ideas where to start? This just started last week and I have been playing for months now without this "glare" there.

Thanks

Al

It sounds like the effect you get when you have a detect life spell or enchantment going. Have you added any items that have that effect?

or did you add new mods?
There is nothing you can't do, at least if you have enough patience to keep trying.

I second Galraen's advice - check any magic items you've recently acquired. There are quite a few enchanted items in the game that you might be using for a completely different reason but also have detect life as a secondary or tertiary enchantment.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
