The Recomandation from Chorrol is messed up!

The Recomandation from Chorrol is messed up!
Though I finished the quest there is still an arrow that tells me to go to Chorrol and speak to the quest giver. Has this happened to anyone and if it has how would I fix this?
I am that person who kills you every time in multiplayer and for some reason you just can't kill me.:laugh:
It depends who you give the book to when you find it. If you give it to Earana, then the quest should end when you get it back and give it to Teekeeus. If you give it straight to Teekeeus on the other hand it can sometimes (in my experience) leave the quest hanging as you describe. When that's happened to me I've talked to Earana and given her the bad news, and the quest has then ended. She asked me to steal it back for her at that point, but I've never done so, so I don't know what happens if you double-cross Teekeeus after giving him the book.
