Beast stone glitch? (spoiler)

Beast stone problem! Please help! I'm stuck! (spoiler)

I am looking for the snow bear and cannot find it anywhere. I did read the prior threads and the walkthrough for directions - to no avail. I got desperate and even used a posted cheat that said it would "finish" the quest. It did cause a journal update but the shaman did not recognize the quest as being fulfilled. I wandered the land in the main game before loading BloodMoon and wonder if this has caused the problem. Does anyone know a code to make the bear appear or fix this (maybe) glitch? This is my last stone and I'm tired of running around!

After posting this, I used a code in a thread to "reset" the quest. Did that and finally found the bear but not where it should have been and the ricklings were there but not attacking. I killed them, pulled the arrow, the bear followed me back to the stone but then - nothing! Neither the bear or stone will activiate. Please, can someone help me as I can not continue the game without fulfilling this quest!

I've now tried waiting at the stone but this also did not work. Getting DT's from no game play as I'm afraid to walk away from the stone as I think that the bear has to be at the stone to complete it. Help Please!
