Portal to Fortress of Regrets won't appear! *spoilers*

Agggghhhhh!
Having played the entire game, I appear to have run into an odd bug in the Mortuary while trying to get to the Fortress of Regrets. I can find the portal... I get the dialogue and it tells me the portal is open... TNO asks if everyone's ready - and then the portal just never actually appears, and I've scanned every part of the screen with the pointer and can't find an invisible one.

I've tried reloading... including from a pre-mortuary save...

I'm concerned that I may be bugged by a problem with Fall-From-Grace - for some unknown reason I recently noticed I couldn;t initiate dialogue with her (possibly since Annah tried to walk out of the party) - I'd given up on this as it didn't seem a massive problem, but I guess if she's supposed to say something it could be causing a jam?

EDIT: Yep, it's a FFG problem. I removed her from my party and the portal appears just fine. However, I feel like I may be missing out on something by having to do this... any ideas what might have gone wrong, and when? I'm not sure when she stopped talking to me, but I reckon it was somewhere in the hells...

Hrm. Sometimes NPC's do stop responding to attempts to talk to them, but I've never noted it becoming permanent before. Usually just saving/reloading or travelling to a new area solves the problem.

Were you using my mods? I suspect so, because as far as I know it's extremely difficult to get so many banters that Annah threatens to leave the party over Grace without my banter accelerator.

Did you try accepting Grace back in to your party after kicking her out, and seeing if the portal remained? Just kicking her out and back in might resolve it, and as I said, try just saving/reloading too.

I appear to have hit the exact same bug; the dialog with party members won't commence - and therefore the portal won't appear - while Grace is in the party. I'm not sure if the Banter Accelerator was one of the mods I used (a long time since I installed), but Annah did threaten to drop out of the party - is this the original cause of this bug?
