Malya on Taris Undercity

Where is Malya, Rukil's apprentice, in the undercity I have searched everywhere in the sewers and the Undercity. It also does not say on the Walkthrough. Does anyone know where she is?

She's in the northern section of the Undercity by a lamp post. Not in the sewers.
