Canderous Sidequest? (possible spoilers)

I was wondering if Canderous ever has a sidequest you do (like Mission with her brother or Carth and his son.)

If he does, what story does he tell you in order to trigger it?

Just talk as much as you can with him, and when you have pretty much everything you can get from him about his background, warstorise etc., at some point in your adventures one of his former Mandalorian associates should show up and give the quest, if he´s in your party.

Ah, thank you guys. I've gotten to that story in previous games so I think I can trigger that quest now.

Ok, got it figured out.

Apparently the side quest doesn't work after you get captured on Saul's vessel. I tried triggering the quest before getting captured this time and it worked out just fine.

Funny. I did it after the Leviathan the first time I completed the game.
