I just finished the Boots of Sprngheel Jak quest for the thieves guild. I am now doing independent thievery. I got a new fence who is Fathis Ules. He says that he is my fence but I do not have any icon to Trade with him. I have entered/exited the room many times. I am playing it on an Xbox 360. Please if anyone has any tips I would appreciate them! Thanks!

fathis ules doesnt always have the trade icon on him, usually at night he will be sitting on fathis ules' chest in the elven gardens district and able to trade
i know its irritating but same goes for dar jee(hes even harder to find cuz hes always walking)
but unless your selling high value stuff id still use ongar who give you WAY better deals, while fathis ules is a total ripoff

If you can install the official 'Thieves den' plugin, there's a much better fence available in that once you've cleared the cave and hired him.
