Demonweb Pits is actually an adventure booklet, and you can find it at most book stores or online shopping places (borders, barne's and nobles, amazon, ebay, etc).
Unfortunately, revealing information as to what goes on in this adventure is against copyright laws, but I'm sure members here including myself would be glad to help you otherwise once you have the book.

Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

The old Gary Gygax written Descent into the Depths of the Earth series (1st edition, can't remember the exact title but it was a long series of linked modules which took you from 1st level up to 14-15th level) were great. I'm sure you can find them somewhere. I haven't tried any 3rd edition or 3.5 stuff so can't comment on that.If you are wanting to write your own scenario then any subterranean creatures will fit.
