this from the archer strategy guide:
"WIS is the most important of the three because of the saving throw bonus (at 15+). "
so does the wisdom modify ST or does not?

As far as I know there are none. Originally, Wisdom was supposed to do that, but it was never implemented. You can however improve your saving throws through spells and items.
“The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.”

I think Wisdom affects the amount of spells slots you get in the divine sections as well as the options you get when casting Limited Wish and Wish.

In this edition of Dnd the saving throws are not reflex, will, and fortitude...
It is like the original Dnd with save against poison or death ray, petrification or polymorph, rod staff or wand, spells, and one other one.
Wis should if it is implemented give bonus to saves. The original Dnd it was +1 at 13 14 15 +2 at 16 17 and +3 at 18 but I have no clue what it is for the BG edition of AdnD they used.

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
