okay I look at crossroads keep report
it shows that my unit strength low
road & land security is very low
how do i fix that???
and for Jacoby and Edario where can i find a local supplier for ore??

unit strength gets raised later.
Land and Road security gets raised by having well-trained men patroling the lands and roads.
There is NOT any "local supplier". You find ore deposits, and report them to the lady (she's from Port Llast, and will join you after a short quest to Duskwood) or the miner (if you freed him from the orc caves, he's in Old Owl Well). Either (or both) then leave to aquire the ore, which then supplies the Keep. there are about 10 ore deposits in the game.
