How do I cast a feat?

How do I cast a feat?

I have the enchanters bag, spirit mold feat and all the required items to bring the clay golem back to life. What I don't know is how to cast the feat.

I'm not familiar with those paticular feats but many feats such as: divine might or taunt you cast by putting them in your quick bar (drag) then using the corresponding numbered hot key.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
