MAJOR problem! HELP!

For some reason, i cant go to De'Arnes stronghold or Windspear place. I have the little icons on my map to travel there, but it wont let me choose there
Im on chapter 3 too

Any ideas why i cant go?

I've noticed that anytime that the place icons are "greyed out" I go to the city gates and out of the north exit there. That usually allows me to go to any of the places.

Try going to Umar Hills. I had the same thing happen, but when I went to Umar Hills there was an emergency quest I needed to do because I was the new ranger of Umar Hills. Try this if you became the new ranger of Umar hills.

Yea, you can't go because you have a quest you must do first. ex: taking kaldorn to his family. etc..
