Lost Trader Quest Glitch? (spoiler)

Hi all!
I'm doing the Lost Trader silver quest and go to the Abandoned Road. The way is barracaded and no one shows up to ask me to "find" the lost son. I've already done the Blind Seeress quest and met Theresa for the 2nd time, so it seems from the other threads that this quest should just start when I get to the road but it doesn't. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks for any help!

Did you actually accept the quest in the Heroes' Guild?

Did you enter from the side of Twinblades camp?
You need to enter from the way out of Oakvale.

Yup..
I made the same mistake many.. many many times before.
Its because most quests start with a little cutscene that begins when you enter the quest map...
From that moment on, I always think what entrance would be the logical one
