How does one activate Tribunal

Post by Lunan »

How does one activate or move from Morrowind to Tribunal.

I have the icon on my PC desktop but it does not start the game.

You need to activate your Morrowind icon, and you need to have the Morrowind disc in your drive :)

Sorry for incomplete question.

I have disc in computer.

I have reached the highest levels in all the quests I could participate in. All except for thieves’ guild, I unknowingly used the Darts of Judgment so I can’t complete the portion of the game.

I have four icons on my desktop
1. Morrowind – This launches the game it’s self.
2. Morrowind – File Version 6050.0, Date Created 6/17/2008. V.2.0722.exe,
Size 3.83 MB
3. Tribunal – V.1.4.1313.eexe, File Version 6.50.0.0, Date Created 6/17/2008, Size 517 KB
4. Bloodmoon – V. 1.6.1820 exe, File Version 7.0.0.0, Date Created 6/17/2008,
Size 425 KB

When I click on 2, 3, or 4, the following messages pops up.

The Elderscroll3, Morrowind – Tribunal – Bloodmoon – is about to be upgraded to version 1.4 - OK and Cancel button

When I click on OK

Patch version 650-RTF patch ® Professional Software System © Copyright Packet Soft, Inc. 1991 – 2002

Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match. Ok and Cancel buttons

When I click on OK

Congratulations! Morrowing – Tribunal – Bloodmoon has been successfully upgraded.

So, how do I start playing Tribunal and Bloodmoon?

Use option 1, Tribunal and Bloodmoon are incorporated into Morrowind, they are not separate games. The other three files you mentioned are patches/upgrades and only need to be run once, in fact if you've installed all three the only patch/upgrade you should use is the Bloodmoon one.

The installation order is Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon then finally the Bloodmoon patch/upgrade.

Do I now delete both Tribunal and Bloodmoon patches? I don't remember where I got them or downloaded them from to reinstall after I install the discs for Tribunal and Bloodmoon.

May I suggest a total re-install....using this order..

The installation order is Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon then finally the Bloodmoon patch/upgrade.

Then the Tribunal game starts when you sleep and are attacked by assassins.
this starts the quest....
