Post-Leviathan bug

I cant seem to get out of the Ebon Hawk after escaping from the Leviathan. I was leaving Korriban for Manaan when the ship got sucked by the Leviathan.

The minimap's not working properly (no arrows, legends). When I head to the exit, I cant leave. When I look out of the cockpit, it looks like I've landed. Characters I speak to respond but I'm unable to speak to them after I go near the exit area.

Has this got anything to do with the order of the planets I go to? My order was: Kashyyk, Tatooine and then Korriban.

This is the third time I've encountered this problem in KOTOR. It's making me very fed up. I can't even complete this game. I've tried finding for solutions but found nothing. Anyone else got this error?
