I know these creatures have grand souls: Lich (but not Nether Lich), Minotaur Lord (but not regular Minotaur), Goblin Warlord, Gloom Wraith (but not other wraiths), and Xivilai. There may be others. And as TheDeadShadow pointed out, if you find or make black soul gems (search the forum for numerous threads on how to create them), you can trap human and humanoid souls, which have exactly the same power as grand souls for enchanting.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

Most every function in oblivion is based on a formula and not an amount. The difference is a Formula is never ending, so if you found a mod that lets your attributes go up to 1,000,000 instead of 100 or something, your weight capacity would also continue to go up. As would your percentage increases in damage, your health, magick, fatigue, pretty much everything.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

You can found the answer on many other threads, but I'll answer anyway :)

The strongest Heavy Armor is the Daedric ones, and Glass for Light Armor. You can get Daedric (when you are lv 20+) by defeating Marauder. And Glass (lv 20+ too) by defeating Bandit. (Bandits and Marauders are the most common)

The richest merchant is Fathis Ules (TG quest) that has 1500 gold.
The second are Rohssan, Palonirya, and co. that have 1200 money.
There is nothing you can't do, at least if you have enough patience to keep trying.

TG=Thieves Guild.

He's involved in a miscellaneous quest (Sins of the Father) which follows on from the Separated at Birth quest (started in Chorrol, speak to Reynald Jemane in the Grey Mare to start it). He's also supposed to be a Thieves Guild fence, but I've never used him, I use Khafiz, the fence that comes with the Thieves Den plugin, he's the best fence in the game IMO. He has the same money as Fathis Ules and is less hassle to initiate trade with, and he doesn't get disabled by the Sins of the Father quest. That quest is far more important than Ules, so I've never wasted time on him.

Hm. I've only ever stolen enough to get the 1,000 you need to get all the tg quests, so I've only ever used the first fence I was given, in Bruma. I like that guy - "Oh, my favourite customer...", "Can we get this over with? I'm tired..",

In fact, the contents of two houses - one in Imperial City, one in Skngrad, where the completion of the quests has ended in the death of the home owner - plus a couple or three pickpocketed silver bows from guardsmen, and a little stash of skooma you can pick up on the waterfront, just about covers it.

Morveyn(sp) in Anvil is also 1200 and is easier to haggle with to get the most money for the sale. Work on your "Mercantile" ability because once you hit Expert, you're able to invest in a shop for 500 and if it's Morveyn's, he will buy the high ticket items for 1700 instead of 1200. Once you become a Master, you can then sell your high ticket items for up to 2200 to Morvayn and Palonirya(if she likes you well enough). Anything valued at less than 2200 will sell at it's full amount i.e Ebony longsword will fetch 1700 and an Ebony Cuirass will bring in 1900 as their true values. Nothing better than hitting Rockmilk cave at a higher level and coming out with 30+ Daedric daggers, swords, greaves and cuirass' and selling the lot for 66,000+. It warms my greedy little heart just thinking about it.

I always make sure Mercantile is one of my choices in the list of abilities.*nods*

Whilst I like having a highish Mercantile skill (and Personality for max people liking me) I never put Mercantile in Major skills 'cos there's other things I find more useful. :)
