Can't buy tree from Worglaw

Hi:

I can not get Worglaw to offer me the chance to buy the Totem of the Tree. Though he does say to come back. I've returned several times but same problem.

What action is necessary so that he will offer the Tree purchase to me??

Talk to Staroxia (tower in the north of the Forbidden Lands). After exhausting all conversation with her, you'll have several new quests; among them is to buy that tree from Warglaw. You can't buy it until that quest is in your log.

I just started to play this game again, after about a year or more. It is a good game. Wish they would come up with another one. Fingers are crossed for Dungeon Lords II..

I had the same problem in my early game and completely forgot I had to talk with Staroxia first. Memory like a drain pipe. Don't remember much any more ....
