I'm in the middle of chapter 3 where can i find a scroll of barskin?????

Why do you need it? If you just need to use the spell for something (although I can't recall ever needing it to complete a quest), many of your companions, particularly Elanee and Bishop, will have access to that spell.

You may have to adjust their spellbooks and rest firts, though.
