Haste (level 3 version) bug regarding attacks per round

Dear All,

I dusted off the old BG game and found an annoying bug relating to haste:

Normally, my character has 4.5 attacks per round.

When using BlackRazor or the haste spell, the character drops down to 2 or 2.5 attacks per round.

Clearly this is related to the haste spell (improved haste works fine), so I was wondering if anyone has developed a fix for this bug?
