Glitch or no Glitch
at the end of the game when you kill your sister I waited till after the credits and started playing I went to the heros guild and to the quest table and it wouldn't let me do quests and the guild master wasn't there

What version of the game do you have? You will only see the Guildmaster again if you have the TLC version. It's not possible in the original.
