How many levels do the fist fighters gang have?and where are they located?

If I recall correctly, there are 4 levels. Listed in order: Bowerstone South, Oakvale, the Bandit camp and Knothole Glade.

watch it.
The last fighter chief is much stronger than any of the prior chiefs.
