okay, after Oswald sails you to that ice palace, on your way towards the palace there are three guys frozen in ice, and three levers on the ledge which cause rocks to fall, some rocks fall on one of the frozen guys smashing away about half the ice but he is sitll half iced, the other two remain iced.
I thought if I got all the ice away maybe Id find a weapon or somethign, but despite playing around with the levers and making more rocks flall I am unable to free the bodies from the ice, and cant make sense of this section, is there anything to gain here? is it possible to smash the ice awya, and any goodies or rewards for it?
What of the frozen Neverwinter soldiers?

There are two uses for this setup: The first is that one of the soldiers drops an amulet you need to open some of the doors and the second one is that if you lure enemies to the soldiers with one character and trigger the stones with the other, it will wipe them out immediately.
