archiology quest help

I'm stuck on the westcliff one where it saids "sea-licked sand looked upon by a mountin eched by battle" and I'm pretty sure its westcliff but when i get there my dog does not show me where to go if anyone could help me that would be great
I've seen overlords come and go. Exploded. Disintegrated. Immolated... even one time, eaten by a giant weasel.

you are correct. it is westcliff. i cannot remember the exact location, but i think it was near the beach/docks.

i'm not sure, but maybe your doggie needs to get another level in hunting. i believe there are 5 levels.

I think your dog stops doing anything but following you when it's hurt.

Go past the gates to the beach. It is like the dog cannot smell the artifact until you pass that gate.
