Fort Reyles Gates???

Okay, I killed the conjurer at the alter, but where are the triggers for the two gates on either side of the alter?

More onFort Reyles

On the map, Fort Reyles is just under the G in the
colovian Highlands. It is just south of where you pick up the book, Fingers of the Mountains. I went in and there was an instant cave-in at the end of the hall. After walking down several stairs to the left, I encountered a conjurer. I killed the conjurer and found 2 silver arrows in a quiver in an alter. On either side of the alter are two gates that open remotely from somewhere elsa. I can see a lever though the gate on the left, but of course, it is out of reach. How do you get these gates open?
