“The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially.”
Ah, yes, now I remember! I found this picture on "MobyGames", the description says "Matt of the Brotherhood of Steel confronts Frank Horrigan". I do not remember when exactly this happens, but I think it's after you bring vertibird blueprints to the Brotherhood of Steel and get access to their computer. It's been a while since I played last time
Yeah, first is sometime after you gave the Brotherhood the vertibird blueprints, you need to talk to the computer to see it and ask him what happend to Matt.
Second is sometime after you found the G.E.C.K. If you have Goris with you in the party he will leave after a while, and thats when you can see that scene after using one of the computers

By the way, does someone know how to avoid this? I mean, extermination of intelligent deathclaws? Is there a good ending for them? I've read in many walkthroughs that there is only a bad ending for them or no ending at all (if you beat the game very quick) and I've never managed to save them in all of my playthroughs. I've always hated it.
Another question abot Horrigan - I read a lot about his past on the Fallout Wiki, but I never found out these things in the game.Did I miss it out somewhere? The only thing that I know about him is his name that is revealed at the very end and that he is a strange freak, according to Sgt. Granite.
