The Fleder Contract

Hi:

I seem to be having a hard time finding Velerad in the Watchtower, or outside in that area as well.

I have the (3) Fleder Fangs and the Quest says to bring it to him, but no luck finding him there, neither on the main floor or lower floor.

Can you tell me where he is hiding please??

He's "Hiding" in the New Narakort Inn at the begining of the chapter, and shall remain there until you complete the quest: A Posh Reception.

Side note: Parties are NOT the place for that kind of business dealings.
