Try to sneak past them (if you dont have much experience in "fighting" skills)...since you are tremere...has the game move on and you "level up the skills" you will find quite some tactics to pass diverse quests...because of the dominite disciple and traugmatry(sry dont know how to spell it)...you have 3 ways of entering the werehouse(at least that i know of)...you can charge in by the "main gate" where theres i think 3 guys and one with a shot gun(not a very good idea) or to the left you have a train and a guy next to it, you kill the guy and climb the lader that its there...or at the bulding where the "train road" ends(sry im portuguese dont know the right word for it) i think that in the right side of it theres a door that you can enter, and them you can sneak past the guards climb the stairs kill the bastards that are inside the office (wont be much of a trouble)...them if the guys that are dowm stairs of the office hear you/know that you are there...try to kill them...whait for one climb the stairs and them kill him...or drain him dry...if he doest come up you can use the switch next to the stairs to make a "big box" fall in some of the guys...them you arm the boomb and RUN...
P.S.- 1-Dont forget to use dominate, use the spell that puts the guy sleeping (if you have that spell...dont remenber the name, and dont remenber if you begin with it)
2-If you didnt do all the side quests...my advice is to do the side quests...at least a few of them...

ellagrey22, did you skip the tutorial? That would have taught you how to do a sneak kill. But to do a sneak kill, you need to be crouched, and sneak up to the person you want to kill, with their back to you, then wait for the skull and crossbones to show up in your H.U.D., at the bottom, and hit the use button, which is, on American keyboards, e by default. Anyway, you can do it bare handed, or with a melee weapon.

In the first quest, Tremere is probably the most difficult way to play, at least until you get some experience under your belt, but the old ways are often he best ways in such things.ellagrey22 wrote:hey, i just got vampire the masquerade bloodlines and have gotten to the end of the first quest.

You're easy to kill, so be hard to get to. In that quest, that means coming in through the roof. Beside the main warehouse door, there is a train 'garage' thing with an engine in it. If you kill the single person in there, the ladder will take you up into a loft which has an exit to a ledge. Between your ranged disciplines and handgun, you can do a fair bit of damage from up there before you have to get physical, and you can duck back into the loft to heal up from time to time safely.
After that, limit your attackers. You can take one at a time easy - it's the getting swamped that kills you. So from the ledge, go towards the large warehouse door and drop onto the catwalk on that side - you can go through the offices from the back way. Once you've secured the offices, you have a lot more room in which to run, hide, and draw fire, and three available exits you can use to confuse lines of approach, get around people, and place attackers in a bottle-neck so they can only come at you one at a time.
Then just keep picking them off until there are no more to pick off.
