Hi,
I swear I am not a moron... but I am in Arrille's Tradehouse, where Talvise Othralen and Arrille are standing next to me and she is saying I can find a room here... but I can't find it. Please help, I am in for a really long game if I can't find a place to sleep.

Well, after you have rented a room from the innkeeper, you go to the room (the door should be open (as in you shouldn't need to lockpick) and no one should be inside. Look at the bed then use the action key.

You'll get a bar asking for how long you would like to sleep.

Select the length of your rest and confirm.

Thanks

Thanks Crenshinibon,
By the way, d.d. is not my first name but rather a loveable elf that has sometimes chased those using the power of the shard.

or he could just wait.. by using the wait button.. i have no idea if he's using the X-box or cpu version and on the X-box its the black button so you really never have to sleep. you only sleep hen you're using that button when you're not in a town

Yes, one of the "Little Advice" responses mentions paying for room and board; however, Arille's character class is not "Publican", it's "Trader Service". That means he doesn't offer a place to sleep (instead, he buys and sells a much wider variety of goods than a Publican would).

There is a bedroll you can use in the Seyda Neen Census and Excise Office, which is free to use, in the unlocked store room at the end of the hall.
