can I leave the Temple District ?
I was told to talk to Ramsmeat , but he's back in the outskirts. How can I get there? Thanks

You can't go back to the Outskirts.
You can find Ramsmeat either inside his house or the inn, depending on the time of day.

Ramsmeat ????
Ramsmeat usually can be foud in the Hairy Bear inn at Noon time or in his house during the night (But if you decide to go to his house at night you will have to kill two guards standing in front of his house ) Once you have killed them, on their corpses you will find a key to Ramsmeat's house .... For the first way you just need to go to the Inn and to meditate till Noon , and he will be sitting by the table at the same place where you have been sleeping !!! See ya !!!! Bye !!!
