Drizzt swords/scimitar

Post by Qeed »

Im replaying bg1 in tutumod... Im making an assassin and was wondering if drizzt swords are classified as scimitars or longswords...

Seem to recoil that they were Long Swords in BG1 but in BG2 they were scimitars, and that tutu transfered the scimitarversions into BG1...

Anyways
happy for answers :)

If you're using TuTu, then they are most likely considered scimitars.

They have alwys been scimitars, but in vanilla BG1 the skill needed was Large Sords. In SoA, and therefore in Tutu, the associated skill is indeed Scimitars as Crenshinibon stated.

Search this forum for TUTU and you'll find many threads on how to install it. The easiest way is to download EasyTutu rather than the original Tutu as the install is automatic, you just run the installer. You do need clean, full installs of both BG and BG2 for it to work though.
