SoZ resources management

Post by Lady Dragonfly »

For some reason I can't store cold iron with the caravan master. I can store ore, skins and timber but when I open the 'resources' tab, I can't transfer anything. Clicking on the arrows does not seem to work. Is it a bug? Is anyone else having a similar problem? Thanks in advance.

I had a similar issue, but it affected all my trade goods, not just rare resources. It went away when I saved and then restarted the game from scratch. I didn't have to go back to a previous save.

If that doesn't work I don't know what to do other than go back to a previous save.

No, saving/restarting does not help. The only way around this problem is to sell the untransferable stuff (you can't store it but you can sell it alright) and then buy back whatever amount of the rare resources you need for the 'upgrade'. The price is the same so...
Another 'inventory' issue - I can't turn in bounty (clockroaches). I have got 12 parts in my bounty pouch (with only 8 needed) and still the game won't acknowledge this fact.
I've practically finished the game by now and I have to say it is one of the crappiest ever.

George: You know what the three most exciting sounds in the world are?
Billy: Uh-huh. Breakfast is served; lunch is served, dinner...
George: No, no, no, no! Anchor chains, plane motors, and train whistles.
