I am playing the game for last 15 days, now I am stuck, each time i ask spec vendor for wheel clan specs, He asks for 1000 coins, after that my character says forget.

Killing doesnot have any benifit he does not have those glasses. Can the glasses he is having will help.

You should have picked some up in the Black Mountain mines. The one chest at the upper end of the big room in the bottom level always has a couple.

They're pretty common. Chests are your best bet.
