What's the Monks Armed Attack Bonus?

Post by Tricky »

This question might apply to NWN2 as well.

I've noticed that most charts only depict the UBAB, Unarmed Attack Bonus, which makes sense because you wouldn't normally equip a monk with anything other than a kama. But there's still the normal BAB then, isn't there? I'm curious though how much the BAB between UBAB Kama's and (Armed) BAB Kukri's would differ on a Monk character.

No reason for asking other than the oddity of not being able to find complete tables.

BAB and UAB

When I played monks I always used kama or barefist. But here is what I think.

First , it's UAB and not UBAB as you wrote since it isn't a base attack bonus. Your attack is both your BAB and your UAB( or your armed attack bonus ). Does it make sense?
